Post malacca trip.
Tired and I need to get up in a couple of hours time. Post a short one.



Had so much fun. Food, actually. Think I ate so much that the food, if combusted, can light up my house for a couple of hours. A road trip I would call it.


Malacca has changed so much since the last. Infrastructure can still be improved cause the roads just jam up near that area. Also, quite easy to get lost as most of the roads are one way! No turning back. The shophouses on outher city reminds me of katong houses.

There's this new big spacious bright urban shopping mall in the heart of the town. Every single shop was on freaking sale but I didnt bring much cash to shop cause it's really a food trip, for me at least.


The car was full of biscuits, almond and raisin-coated choclates and other food stuff. Breakfast at the perhentians(stops) were better than the hotel one. White coffee at oldtown was also good. Strong. The way I like it. Dont think there's and oldtown in town.



Lunch was asam pedas all the time. Lotsa kampong food and kampong vege, some that Ive not even tasted nor seen. But the sambal belacan and chincalok was POW POW power. All the food was good actually. And added extra rice for every meal.

I try my best not to be skinny OK. Ive just got slim genes. Cant help it.
Stop calling me skinny boy. Equivalent to an insult.



Then there was the big dinner. This seafood place so near the river banks(muara sungai) that you can smell the starbucks contents. But the food was good and cheap. VERY CHEAP.

The prawns were as thick as a umm... tube of toothpaste? And the fish was just white and fresh. Crab was dissapointing cause the contents quite little though it was tasty. Sotong was deep fried and crunchily oily. Haha. Think I ate the most mussels cause no one else really like it. Real good I tell you - didnt have any murky taste and it was thick and rich. Not a fan of cockles but there were big too.



Water in the suite was brownish. Hence the rash/itchiness that everyone else got. I didnt though. Drank from mineral water.

Hotel was full of Singaporeans, can tell from their faces and more reliably, car plates. Sauna-ed. Umm sweated little. Does it mean anything? Is it a fat thing? Cause I was the only cold one too in the car throughout the drive. So everyone was comfortable and I was half freezing under a jacket.

Eh Im not trying to imply anything here. Haha.

Visited this kampong house made into a site-seeing site for tourists. The moment we entered the auntie said, from spore ah? in malay. Yeah it's on our foreheads.

The house cum museum was cool. Liked the old-school tiles and the vintage curtains and sofas. It had an open-air concept and though it had a zinc roof, it was cooling.



Made a spontaneous decision and drove up to aunts place. Road trip - to eat some more. Tsk. SATAY. With fat bits in the middle of the stick. Oooh.

Drove back in the middle of the night and arrived home early ytd morning. I'd rather have short trips than long ones. Perhaps cause Ive been to msia so many times.



Took a breather then went out for lunch. My treat. Ginseng soup tasted like plain water, which in the end tasted like vege and prawn soup. And we got innovative(bullshit). Ended up cooking nonsense. Chatted abit about the past and our decision will not be a regretful one, with God's grace.


Trained to megastore and acted all crazy and childish. The source of it all - me. Maybe next time round there'll be more gift ideas and stuff to buy.

Ran for nothing, throwing sarcasm and suan-ing all the way. Favourite past-time of ours. Caught show elsewhere and again, was freezing towards the end. Needed to pee. Jacket-less some more.

Remeber to sing stupid sounds if you wanna call the birds. Dont call the wrong ones!
