The good and the bad times, we've been through them all ...



Life. It's not always rainbows and butterflies. Wherever we may go, a familiar sight or not, the deep hole with shit is always lying around. Escape is non-existent.


The issue lies in the way we deal with it cause that determines how we lead our lives, and probably the future. There is a difference when one begins to feel content with what he/she has(includes the number of problems and/or the amount of joy at a given moment)


Human nature will defy this - greed in all. Happiness is secondary. Once one is content with the current situation, he/she readily accepts it as fate. Ash cannot be turned to coal, no?


What matters is life goes on, better and brighter than the past. This may not be possible with emotions involved most of the cases. But make the best of it, wherever, whenever possible. Everything happens for a reason. You never know what may happen if you dont try.




My life story may not be as juicy as others. Perhaps negligible in terms of depth as compared to some others. However there is no doubt I've had my fair share of wrong paths taken. All that needs to be done is to take the excruciating experience of change.


Take change with an open heart, even though it may very much not be welcomed with open arms.




And when the stars fade out, it's still there actually. Then, we need family and friends and God's mercy to help us see the stars rekindle again in our eyes. It's alright to allow help from our close ones in the time of need and bare. If the relationship is really true and genuine, you'll feel the warmth.


Also, repay this act of kindness with sincerity, no matter how small it is. This, makes the world go round.


So the last bit is to thank the precious and genuine friendships that I have made over 2007, and those that remained true since the land before time. You know who you are.

Intangibles in life mean so much to me. I know I'm damn demanding and annoying, serious and joking at all the wrong times, sarcastic, and lacking in many aspects. Cant thank you guys enough for being there.

To those who contrubuted to the contrary, I thank you too, for the lessons I learnt the hard way will not go down the drain.



With God's grace, this year will be a better one than the previous.
